Job Description

  • Prepare necessary documents for monthly payroll of staffs of the company.
  • Managing petty cash transactions, stationeries and inventories.
  • Keep record of leave, attendance of staffs.
  • Ensure store management, inventory register and fixed assets.
  • Maintaining files and records.
  • Liaison with shareholders and maintain shareholders files.
  • Periodic reporting to the management.
  • Other tasks as directed by the senior management. 

Job Specification

  • Must have good computer skills (words, excel, Tally)
  • Must have good Communication, Interpersonal Skills

Min. Qualification:

  • BBS (Course completion will be preferred)

Experience: up to 2 year experience in the related field. 

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable
